The monument to Tsar Boris III, the last reigning Bulgarian Tsar (1918-1943), is located in central Varna, in the small garden behind the Varna District Court, facing Maria Luisa Boulevard.
The monument consists of a monolithic block of pink granite imported from Ukraine, bearing a bronze bas-relief of Tsar Boris III on its front side. It is the first monument erected in Bulgaria to commemorate this ruler.
