Euxinograd Residence is open to visitors. The tourist route includes the historic core of the park with its greenhouses, the palace building, the sundial (a gift to Tsar Ferdinand from Queen Victoria), the chapel of St. Demetrius, and the winery building.
Euxinograd Residence is located 8 km north of Varna and stretches along a 3-kilometre coastal strip, in close proximity to the resort of Saints Constantine and Helena. The complex served as the summer residence of the monarchs who ruled Bulgaria following its liberation from Ottoman rule in 1878 — Alexander of Battenberg, Ferdinand, and Boris III.
