The location of our flat gives the great opportunity for people who want to explore the urban city life and at the same time to merge with nature – forest and beaches. The apartment is situated at about 5 min walking distance from the beach, 5 min walking distance from forest area and 5 min driving distance from the city center Cathedral “The Assumption of Holy Mother” and the Tourist Information Center.
The apartment consists of three private air-conditioned rooms, covered and open outdoor terrace, bathroom and hallway. At Your disposal there is a fully equipped kitchen and bedroom (there is a suitcase place under the bed) including 42inch 4k smart TV with flexible wall stand, 24inch Full HD LED TV with HBO 1, HBO 2, HBO 3, Cinemax, Cinemax 2, Sports channels, coffee maker with different kinds of coffee capsules and the following consumables:
Napkins, baking paper, storage foil, straws, picnic utensils, washing capsules, BIO dish wash lotion, sponges, ice bags and forms, washing machine, laundry bags, hangers, clothes dryers, clothes pegs, iron, ironing board and ashtrays (If you are a smoker, there is a smoking place at the terrace) and first aid kit.
For those of you who will visit us with your children we have provided inflatable pool / 132x28 cm/, inflatable rings for children of different ages, inflatable ball, Hi output Air pump Double Quick, sand toys, chess, playing cards, badminton, painting paper and markers.
To make your sleep comfortable we have provided brand new blankets made from 100 % untreated raw cotton, Danish bed sheets made from 100% cotton and Italian, anatomic and anti-allergic pillows made from memory foam.
If you wish to organize yourselves a picnic in the forest or a dinner at the beach, at your disposal there is a mobile charcoal BBQ,portable fire extinguisher, cooling bag, woolen blankets and all the necessary utensils – wooden forks, knifes and spoons, aluminum trays, paper cups and dishes.
We will welcome you personally with cold summer drink and provide you with prospects and information regarding the most famous places to visit and cultural events in Varna.
We will be sincerely happy to have you as our guests. We will be at your disposal for the whole duration of your stay.
Just across the street, you will find yourself in landscaped, shady park, suitable for outdoor sport activities, recreation and picnic. Within the park territory there are football, volleyball and basketball fields, cycle path, brand new kids playground and the unique outdoor museum - The historical-ethnographical complex ProtoBulgarian village FANAGORIA. Exclusively for horse and bow lovers, the complex offers riding and archery lessons.
In the immediate vicinity you can see the natural, protected phenomenon called “CHINAR” – one of the oldest trees in Bulgaria. The diameter reaches 9 meters and the height is about 18 meters. It is believed that the tree is 1050 years old.
For public use in the vicinity there is also a fountain, from which springs healing, warm, mineral water.
The beach of Asparuhovo is guarded, shallow, with fine, golden sand, appropriate also for families with young kids. There are restaurants, beach bars, kids attractions, beach football and volleyball fields and for the extreme sports lovers there is a windsurf school.
If you wish to cook your own sea food, there is a fisherman`s village nearby you can get fresh caught fish and mussels. The place is perfect for the fishing lovers.
Visiting us in August, will give you the opportunity to witness the amazing beach kite festival happening for sixth summer this year. Open air cinema and circus are situated within the park.
The apartment is situated close to the main road that takes you to gorgeous, unique beaches, located in forest areas – Galata, Fichoza, Chernomoretz, Pasha dere, the protected reserve LIMAN, the virgin beaches of Bliznatsi area and the UNESCO protected reserve Kamchia - a true biosphere reserve from natural dense forests. Among the way there is a relaxing area with benches and unbelievable view of the city, Varna Black sea coast and the famous Asparuhov bridge.
