The parking lot in front of the cathedral "The "Assumption of the Mother of God" and the Hall of Heroes, located on the opposite side of the Cathedral, city of Varna

In case of bad weather conditions on 30.11.2024 (ice and sub-zero temperatures), the rally will be held on 07.12.2024.

The rally is the 5th round of the National Retro and Eco Rally Championships and is supervised by sports judges and specialists from Neptune-Motorsport. The center of the event is the parking lot in front of the cathedral "The "Assumption of the Mother of God" and the Hall of Heroes, located on the opposite side of the Cathedral , where the technical conference with the participants will be held. The official start and finish of the rally will be at the same place. Due to the limited space in the parking lot in front of the cathedral, a maximum number of crews will be allowed for:

 - Classic until 1996. – 20 cars
 - Youngtimer after 1997 – 5 cars
 - Electric – 10 cars

The route of the rally is about 178 km, of which 73 km are "correct driving" stages: Varna, village Kichevo, village Oreshak, village Klimentovo, village General Kantarjievo, village Kranevo, KK Golden Sands, Kv. Vinica and vice versa.
The rally is organized with 4 "time controls" and 9 "accurate driving" tests.The competition is organized in a time schedule and referee controls, and the movement of cars is in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act.
