The rally is the 2nd round of the National Classic and Eco Rally Championship. The event center is the Palace of Culture and Sports - Varna, and the route includes Varna, Benkovski, Sadovo, Avren, Byala Voda road, Beloslav, and back, with 3 precision driving stages in different configurations. This is the first classic (retro) rally in Bulgaria, with its first edition held in 1996.

Participants will be divided into separate categories according to the year of manufacture, with an overall general classification.

Program:

• 08:00 - Start preparations
• 09:00 - Arrival of the cars and beginning of the car exhibition
• 11:00 - Official START of Rally “Neptune”. Each participant will be individually introduced over the sound system
• 16:00 - Finish of the rally
• 17:00 - Award ceremony for the winners
• 18:00 - End of the event and parking area cleared
