149th Anniversary Of The April Uprising

Sea garden, monument to Georgi Benkovski

Varna Municipality will mark the 149th anniversary of the outbreak of the April Uprising with a city-wide pilgrimage to the monument of Georgi Benkovski in the Sea Garden. The event will be accompanied by a military ritual of laying wreaths and flowers and a prayer for the fallen heroes.
