Arto Chifchiyan is the music director of the Bulgarian Chamber Orchestra - Dobrich and in 2023 was awarded the Crystal Lyre by the Union of Bulgarian Music and Dance Artists in the conductor category. He is recognized as one of the leading conductors of his generation in Bulgaria and Europe.

Chifchiyan has worked with the Bulgarian opera stars Gena Dimitrova, Stefka Evstatieva, Krasimira Stoyanova; Colombian opera singer Carmina Gallo; the famous Bulgarian violinist Stoika Milanova; the Bulgarian-Austrian pianist Bozhidar Noev, as well as with many other world-famous musicians.

Arto Chifchiyan has also participated in international music festivals such as the International Music Festival in Kefalonia, Greece, the International Chamber Music Festival in Plovdiv, Haskovo Spring Music Festival, etc.

Abigail Voschina is a world-renowned violinist and current director of the Albanian National Opera and Ballet in Tirana. She specialized in the prestigious School of Music in Fiesole, as well as in the Chigiana Music Academy in Siena, where she was awarded an honorary diploma.She also specialized in the USA, at the University of Bloomington, Indiana under the guidance of Franco Gulli. In the year 2000 she also graduated from the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan.
