"Dramedy in Varna" will be the second visit of the Academy and drama theatre in Varna after the first under the project "Launch of the Academy and Drama Theatre in Varna" from 2023, funded by the "Culture Fund", Varna.

"Dramedy" is transforming young people's perception of life, communication, and achieving their dreams and goals. It supports them in their development and in the challenges that age and maturity bring. The roots of the idea to create a Dramedy Academy and Theater in Varna lie in the long-term cooperation of the Artists Aassociation with Varna artists, psychologists and educators, who have already been working with the youth of Varna under the Dramedy system since 2023.

The programme includes four days of intensive full-day theatre-dance music workshops, with over 50 participants

Dramedy Theatre will be in Varna with two author's performances:

• 13th of September (Friday) - 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
• "The Playwright Life" Dramedy Playback Theater - an interactive improvisation performance with the participation of the audience. Tickets can be purchased on а spot one hour before the performance.
• 14th of September (Saturday) - 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
• "The Four Agreements" - an author's performance based on the book of the same name by Don Miguel Ruiz. Tickets can be purchased on а spot 1 hour before the performance or online at www.bilet.bg.

4:00 - 8:00 p.m. - "Meetings, connections and friendships" workshop 

13th of September (Friday)
9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - "Spontaneity, creativity and improvisation" workshop
2:00 - 5:00 p.m. - "Characters, scenes and character creation" workshop
5:00 - 6:30 p.m. - preparation for performance
7:00 - 8:30 p.m. - "The Playwright Life" Dramedy Playback Theater - an interactive improvisation performance with the participation of the audience.

14th of September (Saturday)
9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - "Teamwork" workshop
2:00 - 5:00 p.m. - "Invisible drama" workshop
7:00 - 8:30 p.m. - "The Four Agreements" - an author's performance based on the book of the same name by Don Miguel Ruiz

15th of September (Sunday)
9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - "Reflection and awareness" workshop

Registration in advance required here (in Bulgarian language). Participation in the workshops is free with advanced registration, admission fees for the performances: 15 BGN regualr ticket, 10 BGN student ticket.
