On the occasion of the International day of persons with disabilities Varna Municipality organises a concert entitled "The day of talents". Yound muscians, dancers and artists with special needs will participate.
In addition to the music event in the lobby in front of the hall, a charity Christmas bazaar will be organized, where exhibits made by children and adults with disabilities, as well as by users of social services on the territory of the Municipality of Varna, will be sold.
