On Monday, June 30 at 5 pm is the official opening of the "Thracian Warrior" exhibition in the temporary exhibition hall, on the first floor of the Archaeological Museum on 41 Maria Louisa Blvd. in Varna. The exhibition includes exhibits from the National Archaeological Institute with a Museum at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and from the Regional History Museums in Plovdiv, Ruse, Shumen and Varna. Visitors can see valuable examples of weapons and safety equipment, which also show the technological mastery of the Thracians for their manufacture, and the posters to the exposition complement it with rich and interesting information.
The exhibition will be opened by Assoc. Prof. Hristo Popov and Dr. Igor Lazarenko, Director of the Regional Museum of History-Varna. It will be exhibited at the Archaeological Museum in Varna until the end of the calendar year.
