Our studios are located in a house in the center of Varna, right next to the main pedestrian area and just 800 meters the beach. Four of them have areas of 36-40 sq.m., and one (a loft) has an area of 16 sq.m. plus its own big terrace.
All big studios have two beds that can either be arranged as a double bed, or be kept as two separate beds. In each of them there is a fully equipped kitchen area with electric oven and induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, utensils and dishes. Each big studio has a separate bathroom with toilet, an LCD TV with cable television, an air conditioner and a kitchen table with three chairs. Two of the studios also have a sofa bed, suitable for one person.
The small studio (loft) is equipped with a sofa bed suitable for two people, a table with two chairs, a kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, small oven with stovetop, electric kettle, utensils and dishes; and has a bathroom with toilet.
There is free high speed Wi-fi internet in all premises. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
Next to our house there is a 24/7 supermarket and many cafes, restaurants and shops.
