This is the biggest discovered and preserved Roman basilica on the territory of ancient Odessos. Nowadays its artefacts are housed in the Archaeological Museum in Varna, including the glamorous Roman mosaics and coins.
The Early Christian Basilica of Odessos is located in the centre, between Knyaz Aleksander Batenberg str. and Khan Krum str. Historically, it is located between the Greek and the Armenian quarters. At the moment it can be visited as an open - air museum free of charge.
