It is the largest discovered and preserved Roman basilica in ancient Odessos. Today, its artifacts-including magnificent Roman mosaics and coins-are housed in the Archaeological Museum of Varna.
The Early Christian Basilica of Odessos is located in the city center, between Knyaz Aleksander Batenberg Street and Khan Krum Street. Historically, it lay between the Greek and Armenian quarters. Today, it can be visited free of charge as an open-air museum.
