Any tourist service provider within Varna Municipality can register their establishment by filling in an online registration form, after accepting Terms of Use and receiving confirmation by the System Administrator.

All registered users of are fully responsible for the protection of their username and password, as well as for all acts performed by them or by a third party.

All registered users of shall ensure that the information given in the registration form is true, complete and accurate, and complies with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Practices; and agree that in all cases when changes occur in the provided data the User shall, without delay, update the data; and ensure that they have all necessary licenses and permits to perform the activity they promote.

Whether the e-mail, contact person’s name, telephone or address information is personal data or not, will use the submitted data for registration purposes only.

  • the right to data portability when personal data are processed in an automated manner on the basis of consent or contract. For this purpose, the data is transmitted in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format;
  • the right of objection at any time and on grounds relating to the particular situation of the person, provided that there are no compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or the legal claim;
  •  the data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her.

You can exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation by filing a request to the data controller personally or through an authorized person, by sending a written application, by post, via a licensed courier or filed electronically with a qualified electronic signature. The application should contain a name, address, and other data to identify you as a data subject, a description of your request, your preferred form of communication and requested actions. You need to sign your request, fill in a date and address for correspondence with you.

If you believe that your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation are violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission.
