Any tourist service provider within Varna Municipality can register their establishment by filling in an online registration form, after accepting VISIT.Varna.bg Terms of Use and receiving confirmation by the System Administrator.
All registered users of VISIT.Varna.bg are fully responsible for the protection of their username and password, as well as for all acts performed by them or by a third party.
All registered users of VISIT.Varna.bg shall ensure that the information given in the registration form is true, complete and accurate, and complies with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Practices; and agree that in all cases when changes occur in the provided data the User shall, without delay, update the data; and ensure that they have all necessary licenses and permits to perform the activity they promote.
Whether the e-mail, contact person’s name, telephone or address information is personal data or not, Visit.varna.bg will use the submitted data for registration purposes only.
User registration
A registered user of VISIT.Varna.bg shall have the right to stop using the services of VISIT.Varna.bg at any time, by written request, without providing any reason.
VISIT.Varna.bg reserves the right to cancel, at its sole discretion, the registration of a User who have agreed with the Terms of Use of VISIT.Varna.bg and then violated them.
VISIT.Varna.bg will use the information you provide through the form to contact an administrator or a service provider, only for the performance of the requested services (receiving a response to a question or providing information).
VISIT.Varna.bg will not pass on your personal data to other recipients or third parties unless they have a legitimate reason to receive them. The categories of recipients of personal data are determined on a case-by-case basis according to their legitimate reason to receive the data.
Newsletter Subscription
Visit Varna publishes an informational newsletter ("Newsletter") containing up-to-date information about events, festivals, and various tourist experiences in the city of Varna. To receive the Newsletter, users must subscribe by providing their email address to Visit Varna. Regardless of whether, in a particular case, the email address constitutes personal data or not, Visit Varna will use the provided email addresses solely for the purpose of delivering the Newsletter.
When Visit Varna processes contact personal data for the purposes of the Newsletter, such processing is mandatory for the achievement of these purposes.
When a user provides us with an email address, they agree to receive a confirmation email in which they must explicitly confirm their subscription to the Visit.varna.bg Newsletter. If a user wishes to unsubscribe from the Newsletter and stop receiving messages from Visit.varna.bg, they may do so at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the Newsletter, without the need to provide any reasons.
For the purposes of ensuring the functionality of the Visit Varna website and the creation and distribution of the Visit Varna Newsletter, Visit Varna provides email address data to third parties, after ensuring that they have implemented all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect such data, and strives to exercise strict control over compliance with these purposes. The third parties to whom Visit Varna provides data include: Brevo – for the creation and distribution of the Newsletter, as well as public authorities and institutions to which we are obliged to provide personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
