Any tourist service provider within Varna Municipality can register their establishment by filling in an online registration form, after accepting VISIT.Varna.bg Terms of Use and receiving confirmation by the System Administrator.
All registered users of VISIT.Varna.bg are fully responsible for the protection of their username and password, as well as for all acts performed by them or by a third party.
All registered users of VISIT.Varna.bg shall ensure that the information given in the registration form is true, complete and accurate, and complies with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Practices; and agree that in all cases when changes occur in the provided data the User shall, without delay, update the data; and ensure that they have all necessary licenses and permits to perform the activity they promote.
Whether the e-mail, contact person’s name, telephone or address information is personal data or not, Visit.varna.bg will use the submitted data for registration purposes only.
A registered user of VISIT.Varna.bg shall have the right to stop using the services of VISIT.Varna.bg at any time, by written request, without providing any reason.
VISIT.Varna.bg reserves the right to cancel, at its sole discretion, the registration of a User who have agreed with the Terms of Use of VISIT.Varna.bg and then violated them.
VISIT.Varna.bg will use the information you provide through the form to contact an administrator or a service provider, only for the performance of the requested services (receiving a response to a question or providing information).
