“Pasha dere” is considered to be one of the most beautiful places along the Bulgarian Black sea coast because of its wild nature, clean beaches and the lack of urbanisation. It is a perfect place – quiet and isolated beach, favourite spot for those who prefer wild beach experiences.
The beach strip is wide, over 4 kilometers long. The entire area called “Liman” is protected area wich is a guarantee of clear sea water and complete marine life. The liman (estuary) is situated above the beach’s southern part and it is covered with reeds and swamp plants.
The forest area behind the beach brings refreshing air and it is the perfect place where you can spend the hottest hours of the day. The sand attracts those who would like to collect beach souvenirs – shells, pebbles, etc. Deep waters are suitable for amateur sailing as well.
You have to bring your own food and beverages as there are no restaurants and cafés in the area.
You can reach the beach by car – after the “Rakitnika” villa area you choose the road along the nearby gas station and park your car near it. You have to walk for about 20-30 minutes before you reach the beach.
If you enjoy off-roading and your vehicle is suitable for that kind of activity, you could drive along an unpaved road, extremely uneven in places, for about 2-3 kilometers and you will reach a place resembling parking area. From there it will take only 5 minutes walk to the beach.
If you enjoy going on foot the walking trail, marked from Galata is quite suitable for you. It will take 2,5 h walking along these trail from Galata to Pasha Dere beach.
