The wide beach of Kabakum (meaning crumbly sand) is over a kilometer long and stretches from Journalist area to the Sunny day resort seashore embankment.
Apart from wide sand areas and crystal sea water here you will find a wide range of beach and water sports – volleyball, jet skiing, rubber ring riding, etc.
The seashore embankment divides the beach into two.
In the beach area visitors would find numerous shops and stalls, fast food restaurants, small family hotels and all they need for a perfect holiday.
It is a favourite place for holidaymakers – accessible by car and public transport (bus line 409 to bus stops “Pisatel”, “Horizont” and "Zhurnalist"). If you choose to go there by bus, walking to the beach will take not more than 10 minutes.
The beach is accessible from two places - north and south if you prefer to get there by car.
