Today, Bertolt Brecht’s anti-war parable "Mother Courage and Her Children", written during World War II, feels more relevant than ever. In his production, director Stoyan Radev follows Brecht’s method of leading to a moral lesson through entertainment. He approaches the world of the play with irony and a critical perspective, emphasizing the responsibility of the “common people” in great historical events.
