Built in 1910, the building features unique wooden ornaments and columns and has been recognized as a cultural and architectural monument since 1982. Its salon includes a sports hall for training and commercial spaces for rent. For many years, the building was abandoned and in poor condition, requiring complete renovation.
Yunashki Salon is Varna’s first sports facility. In 2015, its building was completely renovated and modernized.
