The building with its unique wooden ornaments and columns was built in 1910 and is certified as a monument of culture and architecture from 1982. The salon consists of a sports hall for training purposes and commercial premises intended for rental. For a long period of time the building was abandoned and uninhabitable and needed a complete renovation.
"Yunashki salon" is the first sports facility in the city, and in 2015 its building has been completely renovated and modernised.
