The sculpture is located in front of Varna Bus Station and was created by sculptor Evgeni Baramov.
It is a monolithic form composed of several triangular planes, resembling the tip of an arrow. The sculpture was installed in 1972 and, according to some specialists, is the first abstract monumental work of art in Bulgaria.
