The sculpture is located in front of Varna bus station and it was created by sculptor Evgeni Baramov.
It is a monolith form constisting of several triangle planes resembling a tip of an arrow.The sculpture was placed in 1972 and according to some specialists it is the first abstract monumental piece of art in Bulgaria.
