Georgi Velchev Art Museum has been existing since 1961 when it was donated to the city by the relatives of the artist - one of the masters of sea scapes in Bulgaria.
Modern, stylish, urban. These three words describe the ambience and the atmosphere of Varna’s newest arts and culture area – "Graffit" gallery.
"Graffit" Gallery was built on the foundations of the Centre for Modern Art and keeps the specific spirit and traditions of the place – combining different styles and art messages.
Largo Art Gallery was founded on the 27th of November 2008 in Varna, Bulgaria. The gallery presents contemporary art and works of art of artists from around the country. One of the gallery’s missions is to contribute in promoting the names and arts of Bulgarian artists and to be able to touch with their works as many people’s hearts as possible.
"Le Papillon" art gallery was founded in Varna in 2000. It is located on 9 "Dragoman" Str.
The gallery is situated in the cultural center of the city, close to Varna State Puppet Theatre and near the emblematic building of Varna Opera Theatre.
On the small and lively "Voden" street in the heart of Varna, the gallery officially opened in February 2018. Tereza succeeded in realizing her ideas about hospitable place, where different art fields can meet.
Gallery 8 is the first private gallery in Bulgaria. It was opened on the 18th of June 1988 with an exhibition of paintings, drawings, prints and sculptures made by famous Bulgarian artists from three generations.
